DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Our graphic design documents are downloadable files; no physical items are shipped. Once you make a payment, downloads are provided, and refunds are not available for completed projects. If you need to stop a project before it's finished, there may be a cancellation fee, assessed on a case-by-case basis. Initial down payments for all projects are non-refundable.
WEBSITE DESIGN
Before paying for our website design services, please review our portfolio to ensure we're a good fit for your project. Payments for custom design projects are divided into two parts: 60% upfront to begin work and 40% upon website launch. Once you make a payment, it's non-refundable. If a project is canceled, funds paid are retained by Alexandra Caroline Design™, and additional fees may apply for work beyond the paid amount.
WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
You're responsible for providing text and images unless you request content creation from us. Unused hours don't carry over. Pass-through expense funds are returned within 30 days of project completion. No refunds are provided for unused hours or maintenance fees. A $50 administrative fee is charged for late payments or declined credit card charges. You can cancel and renew without penalty with a 60-day notice. Alexandra Caroline Design™ may terminate this agreement with written notice.
SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS and MARKETING SERVICES
You're responsible for reviewing and approving content for social media campaigns and marketing services. We provide proofs for your review, and delays in review may delay deployment. Payment schedules can be monthly or quarterly. Payments are due before deployment, and payment delays will result in project delays. You can cancel and renew without penalty with a 60-day notice. Alexandra Caroline Design™ may terminate this agreement with written notice.
CUSTOMIZED WORKSHOPS, BRAND GUIDELINES, and REPORTS
Workshops, brand guidelines, and reports are customized for your business. No identical reports are shared with others. Downloads are provided upon full payment, and no refunds are available. Changing workshop dates requires 5 business days' notice, and fees for cancellation or rescheduling are assessed individually. Down payments for these projects are non-refundable.
LEGAL MATTERS
You're responsible for indemnifying us from any claims related to content you provide. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations. We both disclaim other warranties and limit liability. We also agree to keep each other's information confidential.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control.
By signing up for our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to its terms and conditions.
